High-Yield Plasmid Midi/Maxiprep Columns

● HP series features a proprietary silica membrane with 1.5–2.0× the DNA binding capacity of conventional membranes. Its medium- and large-scale columns enable rapid preparation of up to 200 μg–1.5 mg of plasmid DNA.
● DP series, an upgraded version of HP, delivers 60 % higher yield. Its medium- and large-scale columns can quickly yield up to 100 μg–1.2 mg of plasmid DNA.
Purified plasmids are suitable for digestion, transformation, PCR, sequencing, and library construction.
